hiring decisions? not my department. someone else usually takes care of that for me before their time even began. I'd say most candidates don't realize this enough though we do love to hear people talk on-and-on as they squirm around nervously.

“You’re mouth is the spout, and your words are the water.” First impressions are so incredibly critical in today’s workspace. Whenever I enter a room- I try to carry myself with a soulless glare over my eyes, a cheek-wrinkling smile and an ever so punchable face. Worked for me so far! 😃😃😃
