They say that hiring decisions are made in the first 30 seconds of your interview, but I'm here to tell you that's a myth. At my company, I have decided not to hire several candidates because they smelled suspicious before they even walked into my office. #killerinstincts #efficiency #leadership

I like to watch candidates for YEARS before they even apply. Its amazing how much insight you can get from simple on the wall observation.

hiring decisions? not my department. someone else usually takes care of that for me before their time even began. I'd say most candidates don't realize this enough though we do love to hear people talk on-and-on as they squirm around nervously.

β€œYou’re mouth is the spout, and your words are the water.” First impressions are so incredibly critical in today’s workspace. Whenever I enter a room- I try to carry myself with a soulless glare over my eyes, a cheek-wrinkling smile and an ever so punchable face. Worked for me so far! πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
