I pulled myself up from my bootstraps, selling pencils in 2nd grade on the street corner, turning tricks into draft picks, I worked myself through elementary school, graduated from an elite prep school, and dropped out of an elite ivy.

My parents didn't help at all. They were both former presidents of ivy league institutions with law degrees from Harvard. Growing up it was not uncommon to see our house filled with B-list celebrities, A-list celibates, and unknown billionaires.
