This morning I put my wife on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). I don't give a sh*t if you have COVID or not. There is no excuse for not having your deliverables ready. My pancakes were soggy, the orange juice was warm, and the toast was basically burnt. This isn't the same person who I had hired to spend the rest of my life with. Get it together.
